Who We Are

FIDUCIARY STAFF

Patricia Atwood, CLPF, NCG

Patricia began her career as a professional fiduciary in 2005, as one of the founders of S.A.F.E. Planners Inc.  She is a licensed professional fiduciary and a National Certified Guardian, and is committed to serving the needs of the elderly, their families, and people with disabilities within our local community.

Patricia completed both fiduciary programs, the Professional Fiduciary Management for Trustees and the Professional Fiduciary Management for Conservators, at California State University at Fullerton before obtaining her Professional Fiduciary license through the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau in the State of California. She is also an active member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, regularly attending conferences and extended education seminars.

Patricia is dedicated to promoting the emerging field of private fiduciaries to better serve the needs of seniors, their families, and persons with disabilities throughout Humboldt County.

Janette Wilson, Fiduciary Case Manager

S.A.F.E. Planner’s newest Fiduciary staff member is joining our team after raising three children in Humboldt County. Janette’s business and finance background allows her to take an active role in managing the details of her client’s daily needs. Her responsible, heart-forward approach to case management gives clients and their loved one’s confidence that their best interests are her primary concern. Janette is grateful for the unique opportunity to see her values of compassion and caring intersect so naturally with her work. Bred from midwestern roots, trust is an essential part of Janette’s character.  When not rowing on the bay or riding her mountain bike, Janette likes spending time with friends and family on our beautiful rivers.
